Jackson Smith’s trial practice focuses on representing plaintiffs in complex catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases. Whatever the issue, Jackson takes pride in obtaining meaningful results for his clients.
Jackson previously clerked for the Honorable Jane J. Boyle of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas and interned for the Honorable Amos Mazzant, III of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
Jackson received his B.S., cum laude, from the University of Alabama in 2015. He received his J.D. from Vanderbilt Law School in 2020, where he served as Senior Managing Editor of the Vanderbilt Journal of Entertainment & Technology Law.
