Name partner Michael Lyons was a member of the trial team that included Jason Itkin of Arnold & Itkin that secured an $860 million jury award for the family of a woman killed when a construction tower crane collapsed onto a downtown Dallas apartment building. The verdict was recognized as the sixth-largest verdict in the country in 2023 by TopVerdict.com.
In 2022, the firm obtained an eight-figure jury verdict on behalf of a woman left a paraplegic due to significant emergency room delays. It was recognized among the top 30 verdicts nationally by TopVerdict.com and as the second-largest medical malpractice verdict for the year by Texas Lawyer.
